Step 2: Complete the questionnaire
Upon completing your purchase, you will have the option to either download the questions or complete them online. Once we receive your responses, we will notify you and begin crafting your one-of-a-kind Frog Buddy. Remember, take your time with each question—your answers are crucial to our creative process.
Step 3: Receive your Frog Friend
Your beautifully crafted Frog Friend will be carefully packaged and shipped directly to you or your chosen recipient. Shipping is included for all deliveries within the United Kingdom. We'll dispatch your creation within five working days, after which you'll be able to effortlessly track its journey right to your doorstep.
Step 4: Join the Frog Friends pond
Once your frog arrives, please complete its birth certificate by filling in its name and taking a photo of the personalised number on the back. Kindly send both back to us. We will then verify your Frog Friend and add it to the frog pond. If you’d like, you can also share its story, and we’ll feature it on our Facebook page and website.
